Terms of Service

1. Service
Reels WiFi Zone provides prepaid wireless internet access through time-
or data-limited vouchers. A voucher is issued only after Paynow confirms
payment. Access starts and ends according to the package description and
the Ruijie voucher configuration.
2. Acceptance
By purchasing, activating or using a voucher, you accept these Terms,
the Privacy Policy, Data Protection Notice, Payment and Fee Notice,
Refund Policy and Fair Usage Policy.
3. Proper use
You must not use the network for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud,
intrusion attempts, malware distribution, copyright infringement,
credential theft, network disruption or bypassing access controls.
Access may be suspended to protect users, the network or comply with law.
4. Device limits and token security
Device limits shown on a package apply. Keep the token confidential.
Sharing a token may exhaust the package or prevent the intended device
from connecting. We are not responsible for use caused by voluntary
sharing or failure to protect the token.
5. Availability
Internet access may be affected by power failures, upstream provider
outages, maintenance, congestion, radio conditions, device compatibility,
force majeure or circumstances outside reasonable control. Service
remedies are governed by the Refund and Service Availability Policy.
6. Changes and contact
Policies may be updated for operational, legal or security reasons.
Material changes apply prospectively. Support is available on

Privacy Policy

Information collected
- EcoCash number: used to send and verify the mobile payment request.
- WhatsApp number: used only to identify and resolve payment, voucher or connection queries.
- Email address: optional; supplied to Paynow so Paynow can issue a payment receipt. When blank, the service receipt address is used.
- Transaction and portal identifiers: invoice reference, payment status, voucher identifier, device or session identifiers and limited technical logs needed to complete, secure and troubleshoot the service.
How information is used
Information is used only to process payment, allocate and support the
voucher, prevent abuse, investigate faults, maintain accounting and
comply with applicable law. It is not sold, rented, profiled for
advertising or used for unrelated marketing.
Sharing
Payment details are shared with Paynow and the relevant mobile-money
provider only as needed to process and verify the transaction. Their own
terms and privacy practices also apply. Hosting, security or support
providers may process strictly limited information under confidentiality
and security obligations.
Retention
Portal contact data is deleted or anonymised after the token expires and
support needs are resolved. Minimal transaction, fraud-prevention,
accounting or legal records may be retained longer where Paynow,
a mobile-money provider or applicable law requires it.

locally held contact information, subject to identity verification and

Data Protection, DPA and GDPR Notice

Reels WiFi Zone applies data-minimisation, purpose-limitation, accuracy,
security and storage-limitation principles. These principles align with
Zimbabwean data-protection obligations and GDPR standards where GDPR
applies.
Roles
Reels WiFi Zone determines why limited portal contact data is collected
for voucher fulfilment and support. Paynow and mobile-money providers
independently process payment information under their own legal duties
and policies. Where a supplier processes information solely for Reels
WiFi Zone, it must act only on documented instructions, maintain
confidentiality, apply appropriate security and assist with valid data
subject requests.
Lawful purposes
Processing is necessary to take payment, deliver the purchased service,
respond to support requests, protect the network and meet legal
obligations. Optional information is not required unless needed for the
chosen function.
Security safeguards
Reasonable safeguards include HTTPS transport, access controls,
restricted administrative access, transaction verification, audit logs,
rate limiting, minimised collection and deletion or anonymisation after
the purpose ends. No internet system can guarantee absolute security.
Data-subject rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to notice, access,
correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and complaint
to a competent regulator. Requests may be limited where records must be
retained for payment, fraud, accounting, dispute or legal purposes.
International and third-party processing
Paynow, mobile networks and infrastructure providers may process data on
systems outside the immediate hotspot. Only information necessary for
payment and service delivery is disclosed.

Payments and Processing Fees

Paynow processing
This portal uses Paynow to initiate, process and verify EcoCash payments.
Reels WiFi Zone does not ask for or store an EcoCash PIN. Approve payment
only through the official prompt received on your phone.
Listed price and processing fee
The displayed package price is the service price and excludes Paynow's
payment-processing fee. The customer bears that fee. For EcoCash the
applicable rate is 2.5%, rounded to the nearest US cent.

The USD 1 example appears as 3% because 2.5 cents must be rounded to
a whole cent. The USD 5 example appears as 2.6% because 12.5 cents is
rounded to 13 cents. The underlying rate remains 2.5%.
Receipts
Paynow collects the supplied email address to send the customer payment
receipt. Email is optional on this portal. When left blank, Paynow
receives the service receipt address instead.
Verification
A voucher is allocated only after the backend verifies Paynow's status,
amount and reference. A pending, failed, cancelled or unverified request
does not create entitlement to a voucher.

Refund and Service Availability Policy

No cash refunds
Completed voucher purchases are not refundable for change of mind,
accidental purchase, unused time, unsupported customer devices, poor
indoor signal caused by the customer's location, token sharing or use
contrary to these policies.
Service unavailability remedy
Where a verified Reels WiFi Zone outage materially prevents use of an
active package, the remedy is service-time compensation rather than a
cash refund. Confirmed unavailable days or equivalent time are added,
replaced or credited so the package promise is fulfilled.
How to report an outage
Report the voucher code, payment reference, affected location and
approximate outage times promptly to +263 77 885 8118. Compensation
requires verification against network and payment records.
Duplicate or erroneous payment
A verified duplicate debit, incorrect amount or payment confirmed
without voucher fulfilment will be investigated. The preferred remedy is
correct voucher fulfilment or reversal through the appropriate payment
process where legally required and technically available.
Consumer law
Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully
be excluded under applicable consumer or payment law.

Fair Usage Policy

Unlimited packages
"Unlimited" means no per-session metering up to the fair-usage allowance;
it does not mean unlimited network capacity. Every unlimited package is
subject to a maximum fair-usage cap of 100GB per voucher.
After the cap
Once 100GB is reached, access may be suspended, ended, slowed or require
purchase of another package, depending on the voucher configuration.
Network management
Reasonable traffic management may be used to protect service quality,
security and equal access, particularly during congestion. Automated
attacks, bulk unsolicited messaging, public redistribution, server
hosting, excessive peer-to-peer traffic or activity that harms other
users may be restricted.
Device limits
The number of permitted devices is stated on each package. Attempts to
evade device limits, duplicate a session or resell access may cause the
voucher to be suspended without compensation.
